Ledger Era ("Ledger Era", "we", "us") operates a global marketplace for listing and discovering real estate at ledgerera.com. By creating an account or using the service from any country, you agree to these terms.

Global service

Ledger Era is available worldwide. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of any property you list or inquire about, including licensing, advertising, and consumer-protection rules. We do not act as your broker, solicitor, notary, or escrow agent in any country.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, regardless of where you are located.

Listings

You represent that you have the right to list any property you publish and that your listing is accurate. Listings must not be fraudulent, illegal, or misleading. Prices are displayed in USD for a consistent global interface; conversion and settlement are your responsibility. Progressive visibility and reputation scores are product features, not guarantees of legal title or transaction safety.

Messaging & feedback

Do not harass other users. Feedback must reflect genuine interactions. We may reverse feedback or hide content at our discretion to protect marketplace integrity.

Cryptocurrency

"Crypto accepted" is a self-declared listing flag only. Ledger Era does not process crypto payments, custody assets, or guarantee that any party will complete a crypto (or fiat) transaction.

Disclaimers

Ledger Era is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not a party to real estate transactions between users.

Third-party and imported listings

Some inventory may be supplied by third-party data providers and link to an external source. Third parties control their own content and services. Verify availability, price, authority to market, property condition, title, taxes, and other material facts before relying on a listing.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may update these terms. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
